We, that's Sabine and Klaus,
have traveled a lot themselves and have seen and experienced many beautiful places on this wonderful planet.
Over 30 years ago we were in Tuscany for the first time and from the first moment we fell in love with the country, the open and warm people, the Italian food, yes, the entire Italian way of life.
So the wish was born to be able to live here and after 10 years our dream came true and we bought our own holiday home. Since then we have been spending as much time as possible here in this wonderful place.

Why accommodation in Pomaia?
Pomaia is a small and tranquil place and yet offers everything. Among other things, a fantastic typical Italian bar :-) ... the proximity to the sea, if you want, you can be on the beach in a quarter of an hour ... the place is a perfect starting point for excursions to the wonderful cities of Tuscany such as Florence and Pisa , Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra.
And the mill itself offers a high level of living comfort in a typical Tuscan country house in a dreamy place in nature.
When we got out of the car for the first time and stood in front of the more than 400 year old mill, we were both immediately attracted and in love with this place that was so special and wonderful for us.

High quality facility
The electrical installation was equipped with Jung Elektro socket and switch systems, so that no adapters common in Italy are required for German Schuko plugs.
Locking system
The Villa Emma is equipped with a house locking system. Each room has its own key which can be used both for the house entrance and the room.

We are happy to give you recommendations for restaurants, wineries, beaches or day trips. Contact us if you have any questions.
