Equipment of Villa Emma
The Villa Emma was newly built to a standard comparable in Germany and was equipped with high quality facilities.
It is located in a nature reserve and has a fully fenced garden of over 5000 m² with its own small olive grove. We did not want to destroy this special feature of a secluded location without direct neighbors by dividing the property into apartments.
So the idea arose a place for groups,
To create friends and families where they can really relax and unwind without disturbing other holidaymakers or being disturbed by other holidaymakers.
The Villa Emma is only about 1.5 kilometers away from the small town of Pomaia. The tranquil town is known, among other things, for the "Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa", one of the most important and largest centers of Tibetan Buddhism in Europe.

Towels and bed linen can be provided on request for a fee of € 20 per person / per week.
Cleaning fee final cleaning
There is a one-time cleaning fee of € 250 for the final cleaning

Consumption costs for electricity / gas 105, - € per week
Water consumption costs € 70 per week.
If the actual consumption costs are higher, the billing is based on the actual consumption
