1 kilometer from the next village with good shopping facilities and a typical Italian bar in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. A perfect starting point for excursions to the wonderful cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra.

Dreamlike!
Our group had a dreamlike vacation in Villa Emma. The villa is located very idyllic in the middle of greenery and at the same time a perfect starting point for trips to the sea or inland. The whole house is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Each room has its own character and a different theme. They are all bright and spacious, the bathrooms all have windows and the beds are super comfortable. The equipment of the kitchen in the house is perfect even for a large group. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen with a large grill and plancha. The pool was larger than expected and the entire outdoor area inviting and well maintained. The host couple welcomed us warmly, were available at all times and provided us with great tips (food, excursions, shopping). We can recommend Villa Emma without reservation.

Our family vacation at Villa Emma was magnificent. We can only express it in one word to describe this location: PARADISE ! The furnishings are more than perfect and the pool is gorgeous. And we have never had such warm and helpful hosts.

Everything ;-) - The house is even more beautiful live than in the photos! It is fenced in, has room for several cars and the property invites you to explore. - All rooms are kept very nice and clean. All have private bathrooms with shower and toilet. - Furnishings top notch - everything was there that was needed for a week's vacation. - The pool is just wonderful as well as the outdoor area is very well maintained. - The outdoor kitchen with refrigerator is ideal for an aperitif or a barbecue. - Sabine and Klaus (landlords) are wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and they gave us many insider tips - The small village of Pomaia invites you to buy various localr specialties. - We will definitely come back!

The vacation in Villa Emma was really perfect for us. We - an extended family consisting of 11 adults, 3 children and a toddler - spent a week in Villa Emma in mid-July 2022. In doing so, we lacked for nothing. Each room has its own bathroom and there are many opportunities throughout the complex to retreat and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Our highlights were the large pool and the new outdoor kitchen with various barbecue facilities. We are already planning our next vacation at Villa Emma with Sabine and Klaus.
Sabine and Klaus are the perfect hosts. They gave us many tips for shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Thank you for this unforgettable vacation in your stunning Villa Emma! Best regards from the Salzburger Land, Gregor & family

"We have often stayed in Italian vacation homes in the past - either the 2 of us alone or as this time with friends. But so friendly and uncomplicated and sociable as in Pomaia we have never been received anywhere. And this was not only due to the very quickly established common Swabian roots! The "introduction hour" in the bar Circolo di Pomaio with the wonderful hosts Sabine and Klaus increased still the anticipation of a wonderful vacation week. And we should not be disappointed: the Villa Emma, on the one hand inside with its tasteful theme rooms with assigned en suite bathrooms, on the other hand with the generous outdoor area with terrace, pool, olive grove together with hammocks as well as just finished summer kitchen with grill, refrigerator and glasses, offered everything for an extremely relaxed vacation, on which somewhat older gentlemen are already dependent; not to forget the very well designed and equipped kitchen!
On this "island" you can spend a whole day doing nothing. Nevertheless, we also ventured outside: Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Bolgheri were ideal for day or half-day trips and also in this respect speak for an ideal location of Villa Emma. But we also explored nearby: the town of Pomaia with the aforementioned bar and small stores for daily needs, the food culture at Il Molincaccio and La Pieve (thank you Sabine and Klaus for organizing this!), the drinking culture from the Sator winery and the Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa. Thank you Sabine and Klaus for letting us spend this week at Villa Emma. But now enough of praise: we want to keep some of it for next year! Many greetings,

"Even before arrival, the owners proved to be super helpful! Although we were the first guests of the house, the small difficulties were solved immediately thanks to the presence and attention of Sabine and Klaus.
The villa is new and very beautiful and unique in its natural context. It offers absolute privacy and at the same time proximity to the most beautiful sights of Tuscany.
The pool makes it difficult to leave the accommodation to visit the surrounding places."
